Big Train Fall to Rookies, Look to Bounce Back Against Giants on Sunday

As the Big Train players continue to show up in Bethesda one by one, exhibition games have already started for those that have made the pilgrim age to Povich already. On Saturday, the Big Train dropped the first exhibition game of the season to the Mid-Atlantic Rookies by a score of 10-6.

The game was not without its highlights. There were some on the field highlights for the Big Train, most notably a bomb of a home run that Brendan Hendriks smashed over the fence in left-center. But the biggest highlight was the crowd. The 812 in attendance made the game one of the best exhibition games in years.
