On the mound for the Big Train will be John Murphy (Maryland). The sophomore right-hander has tossed 25 1/3 innings over 5 starts, holding a 2-2 record and a 5.68 ERA. Murphy was solid in his last outing, pitching 5 innings of 2-run ball against the Rockville Espress on July 6, and will look to carry over that success into Monday's showdown with the Grays.

Junior Vinny Esposito (Sacramento State) and sophomore catcher Mike Emodi (Creighton) have been two of the Big Train's hottest hitters as of late. Both are batting north of .400 over the last week, with Esposito also adding his team-leading 4th home run of the year on July 6.

First pitch is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at the Nationals Youth Baseball Academy in Washington D.C.
