For the first time ever, the Bethesda Big Train summer college team is traveling to New England to face two of the top teams from the New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL)...and YOU have an opportunity to come along for the ride!

In addition to watching the Big Train play six-time NECBL champion Newport Gulls at historic Cardines Field in Newport, RI, and reigning NECBL champion Martha's Vineyard Sharks at the Shark Tank on the island, you will watch the Baltimore Orioles play the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium and tour Citi Field and Fenway Park. On the way home, we will stop in Paterson, NJ for lunch and a tour of Hinchliffe Stadium, one of only for ballparks left where the Negro Leagues played.

Preliminary Itinerary

• Monday, July 3: Leave Povich Field at 8 a.m. Lunch and tour of Citi Field in Queens, NY. Orioles v. Yankees at Yankee Stadium at 7 p.m.
• Tuesday, July 4: Lunch and tour of Newport, RI. Big Train v. Newport Gulls at historic Cardines Field. Fireworks over Newport Harbor after the game.
• Wednesday, July 5: Tour Fenway Park and lunch. Ferry to Martha's Vineyard and tour the island. Big Train v. Martha's Vineyard Sharks at the Shark Tank.
• Thursday, July 6: Tour historic Hinchliffe Stadium in Paterson, NJ. Lunch on the trip home. Arrive at Povich Field at 5 p.m. Big Train v. Southern Maryland Senators at Povich Field at 7 p.m. (optional).

Double occupancy rate for the trip is $900 per person (add $150 for single occupancy). Price includes transportation, lodging, meals, and tickets. Reserve your spot on the fan bus by submitting a $250 per person deposit by May 1. Send a check payable to "Bethesda Community Base Ball Club" to:
