Shaun Salehi

Broadcast Intern

A D.C. area native, Shaun Salehi is a sports journalism student at Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. He is a play-by-play broadcaster for KASC Blaze Radio, ASU's student-run station where he has called baseball, softball, basketball, and hockey. He also serves as the play-by-play broadcaster for Sun Devils women's lacrosse on Pac-12 Digital Networks.

A graduate of Robinson Secondary School in Fairfax, Virginia, Shaun founded Ram Network, the first high school student-run livestreaming service in Northern Virginia. His biggest broadcasting idols are Bob Carpenter of the Washington Nationals and John Walton of the Washington Capitals. This is his first year with the Big Train.
